“I have been listening/ reading Jennie’s podcast and books for years. Her passion and energy are inspiring and encouraging. There is so much practical information in this podcast, and she is really bringing together what we now know about mental and emotional health WITH biblical truth. If you grew up in a local church and carry hurt from that, this is not that. Jennie shows the love of God and why we WANT to follow Jesus verses why we should, no legalism.
Even if you are not a follower of the Christian faith, but have a little curiosity, this is a safe place to explore and learn practical info and tools for anyone to improve their life and relationships.
