“I love that Mage: The Podcast hunts down high profile fans of the game so often. It reveals a lot abut Mage, and in the case of the Anders Mage Page episode there is a lot of nuance about paradigm, and Mage themes that flow naturally from the conversation. It also very organically reveals a lot of the setting that's changed since the 90's through talking about the early Anders Mage Page website and how people jokingly referred to Anders as a Virtual Adept. It was also very interesting to hear discussion of some of the dynamics from Mage 1st edition, since most of the conversation anymore tends to be between 2nd, Revised, and M20. The one downside to this episode is the interviewer was a bit stiff in their approach to the exchanges, but hitting up different dynamics and themes in Mage still makes this an absolute must listen episode.”Read full review »
