“It’s like Kelseys in my head sometimes.. and the conversation of each podcast is something that I need to hear more about to help me get through whatever it is. However on the last podcast it occurred to me how much more the meditations at the end can be enhanced by more soothing tones and music. Also a better transition on leaving the meditations with music at the end. All in all. I love these podcasts. Keep them coming!!! I love how authentic each and everyone is!!!
