Jonathan Marcus drags everything down
Magness is a calm, reasonable coach who does everything he can to bring order to this podcast. Marcus refuses to stay on topic and seems to willfully shun any sort of organized discussion. Ask him a straight forward question about a kind of workout and he’ll ramble for 10 minutes without even sort of answering it. But he’ll tell you how many books he reads and how many sources he has as often as he can. Likewise, Marcus hijacks interviews by interrupting guests mid-answer to bring up something partially related and that gets sidetracked to the point everyone forgets the original question and we’re all left hanging. However much you like running and/or training theory, this podcast will frustrate you no end.
