I cannot, cannot thank you enough for starting this podcast. I had been looking for a North American counterpart to Craig Barton's UK version, and you guys did not disappoint. I listened to the programs for days on end during the holiday break (I had just come from a challenging first four months of the school year, and sorely needed a reset) and it has led me to try many new things in my classroom this January --- with the single most important change being to have a much larger chunk of my lessons involve conversations between students.
