“It does truly set self apart from many of the other movie podcasts. The format of looking at, and talking about, many films we may or may not have seen. Even if we've seen it, simply discussing and looking at it from another angle is enjoyable. Leonard's sincere enthusiasm for cinema, and the discussions therein, is fascinating. Baron's comedic approach, gives a nice positive balance to the podcast.
I'd hate to review the reviewers but I'm going to do it anyway. I think some folks are under the impression that reviewing a film critics [insert media medium here] requires that they directly compare it to the Siskel and Ebert format. There does not have to be a polarizing view on each and every film. Perhaps, just maybe, Baron has similar tastes to Leonard. I, for one, feel quite agreeable to many of his recommendations. It's disappointing to see a one star review from someone based solely on the opinion that Baron simply agrees with Leonard too often for you.”Read full review »

“I like hearing these movie insiders discussing films. I always learn something. They keep it upbeat, even when reviewing awful movies. To cover only three movies in the time allowed, they have to stretch it out a bit, but that is where personal stories and movie backgrounds make it interesting.”
