“Hey - I've been listeneing to this cast since almost it's inception this past summer. Wow, great insight, tools you can use and concepts that are great to use managing people.
As a manager I've used the ideas and concepts and tools to manage the 6 staff in my division and it just keeps getting better. I believe this has allowed our division to excel and move beyond where we would have been without it.
