“I started with "Giving effective feedback". Then "Managing your manager". Then "Coaching". I was hooked. I was so impressed with the content and easy to listen to delivery of these management training tools that I recommended the series to the managers that report to me as well. If they didn't have Ipods, I'd buy them Ipods just to give them access to this amazing value in skills development for managers.
I can't thank you guys enough for doing these. I hope your "real" jobs reward you for what you do, because free doesn't pay the bills.
