A brilliant interview series.
I had to give this series a 5* review for the openness of the interviewees but also the graciousness of the hosts who sometimes like to challenge a prickly subject but are thoughtful enough not to probe too deeply, staying respectful of their guests. If I was to take off a quarter or half a star, it would be for the menacingly manly idents that run through the show. They’re absurdly typical of an action / adventure film and seem to be a bit too bolshy in tone for an otherwise excellent pod that doesn’t take itself too seriously but also doesn’t stray away from asking a harder question.
