“Well organized so far. Should probably mention this is Taiwan Mandarin which is contrary to all the main-stream apps/social media language teachers. I've lived in Taiwan and do self-study and have been bullied into silence for learning/practicing Mainland/awkward/ancient/simplified Chinese. So far so good. Episode 7 was annoyingly painful. More so on me but I wouldn't speak like that in English or Chinese so I was more annoyed that anything. Also... Was wondering if you explain the "why" behind some vocab words. Not sure if it they exist but I always question why thinking I can take the vocab apart and use it for another instance.”Read full review »
