Description
Therefore, be imitators of God as dear children, and walk in love as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma (Ephesians 5:1-2).
The Holy Spirit must take up residence in our hearts. The Holy Spirit strengthens us to overcome sin as we yield our soul (mind, will, emotions) and heart. There is no spirit of self; the Holy Spirit is our anchor to lay aside every weight and sin that so easily entangles us.
Holding on to the old is a trap that can ensnare us to former things. The Holy Spirit convicts and leads us into ALL TRUTHS. Colossians 3 tells us what to take off and what to put on as the Body of Christ. Be Made Whole!
UNTIL NEXT WEEK, BE INSPIRED, BE BLESSED, AND SPREAD LOVE IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH.
PEACE!
