A High Court decision ruling Labor senator Katy Gallagher ineligible to sit in parliament due to her dual citizenship at the time of the 2016 election has launched a flurry of resignations. The decision has caused fellow Labor colleagues Justine Keay, Josh Wilson and Susan Lamb to also resign as has Centre Alliance M-P Rebekha Sharkie.
