Painful to listen to
After 3 episodes, I've given up on this podcast. The idea is good and I respect these guys for what they've achieved in their running, but oh dear, they're in need a bit of media training. Painful interviewing, constantly hesitating, talking over each other, massive overuse of the word 'absolutely' to agree with what the other guy just said.....I thought they'd get better as they went along but that hasn't happened yet. And there's nothing much to learn really unless you're a complete beginner, the advice they give is nothing more than common sense.Read full review »

First two podcasts were excellent, third one wasn't quite as good. Best comparison would be its like Running Times as opposed to a good expertise mag like Athletics Weekly (you get my point....), ie a bit faddy and aimed at the jogger looking to lose weight as opposed to the runner looking...Read full review »
