Found By Accident
Bored at work one day and playing with my iPhone I found this podcast quite by accident, it's now essential listening as im in the transition period between fun runner and someone who is now serious about PB's. It's informative but simple approach has me hooked especially in picking up training tips on the technical side like tempo runs and sessions etc. which I'm just beginning to understand. It's light hearted fun and easy listening which is great for someone like me. Only negative comment is quality of sound (sometimes a little quiet) which makes for difficult listening in the van on the way to work. PS. Can we have more of Liz ???Read full review »

If you're interested in running, this podcast is a must. Really informative and entertaining. And Tony's Trials is worth the price of admission alone!Read full review »

I have started to listen to Marathon Talk on my weekly long run. It provides a pleasant distraction from my screaming muscles. Martin and Tom don't blind with science, but they have good advice for all but the most experienced marathon runner. Some good guest interviews. Keep up the good work.Read full review »
