I’ve listened to every running podcast i can find, and this one is just the best! I’ve been listening for years, and catch every episode, even though I don’t know if I’ll ever actually run a full marathon. I struggle to find the motivation to run, and this podcast is by far the best tool I have...Read full review »

It was so refreshing to hear from someone who felt they were not a natural runner, and faced lots of injuries- but still managed to recovery, strive for goals, work with coaches, and have a positive view about the JOURNEY! I could definitely related to much of JJ’s experiences and her story is...Read full review »

I get ads are a reality of podcasting but this is annoying littered with ads throughout the content and even dropped in in the middle of the show topic. Off putting

It’s usually not this bad, but the last podcast about rookie mistakes on Nov 23, 2022 was so full of ads it wasn’t even enjoyable. I don’t mind an advertisement at beginning, middle and end, but the constant product placement was not bearable.

Absolutely love this podcast. Listening to the recap of 70 marathons was so interesting and helped to put a lot in perspective. Angie offers great advice and seems like the coolest down to earth person out there. Can’t wait to run NYC in a few weeks!

As an avid runner (well, avid somewhat beginner) who has few (no) running friends, this podcast and its hosts are my running friends by proxy. So much great education throughout, I have learnt a tremendous amount that has assisted me on my road to my marathon.

I absolutely love this podcast-so much great information for the everyday runner. However, the episodes/segments that feature metpro’s Angelo Poli have very little to offer. It’s basically an hour long ad with no good information. I skip these completely.
