It was so refreshing to hear from someone who felt they were not a natural runner, and faced lots of injuries- but still managed to recovery, strive for goals, work with coaches, and have a positive view about the JOURNEY! It’s usually not this bad, but the last podcast about rookie mistakes on Nov 23, 2022 was so full of ads it wasn’t even enjoyable. I don’t mind an advertisement at beginning, middle and end, but the constant product placement was not bearable.
