A visionary for our nation today!
I began attending a church in the Spring of 2003 that is part of a huge world-wide movement that started back in the 60's or 70's i am not sure. In the Fall of 2006 I was pointed to MarsHillchurch.org, some things I didn't expect: +I was used to 30 min. sermons, Pastor Mark's are about an hour plus, +Pastor Mark preaches on both heaven and hell and doesn't beat around the bush about things +I own 2 of the books that he has written and another of which he participated in - all great and very informative. + I have no problem listening to Pastor Mark's Messages for hours on end - but it is an intellectual workout + He stresses the importance of Jesus and the Word! I love it + his message on his website studied by scripture motivated me to read the Bible from beginning to end and then to deeply study each book through and through and he shares that if you wouldn't want to be somebody then don't listen to them- a very sobering word to me. +Pastor Mark preaches the Bible very compassionately and loves his church and family very much. +One of the amazing examples of a Biblical, Godly man for my generation and all. + I have some small disagreements with him in some areas, but nothing worth mentioning.. one day I would love to take Jesus Christ and the example of preaching from Jesus and Mark and put them before a pulpit one day. Thank you Mark for teaching many to walk rightly in a fallen world!Read full review »

Driscoll is the best. He always preaches the truth, not what's popular and what brings in the most money like Osteen and Meyer.Read full review »

Driscoll is a funny guy who has a hero - Jesus Christ. He teaches the Bible with authority and thoroughly engages and entertains you along the journey. Word of warning: You will follow Jesus more passionatley once you listen to Driscoll!
