These are the two emotions I feel the most while listening to this amazing beautiful podcast!! I am grateful for people who so openly discuss topics which tend to be swallowed down - though each one of us deals with them some time or the other. I am inspired by every episode I listen to and...Read full review »

An amazing insight into how to be perfectly imperfect humans navigating relationship stew 🙏🏻

Mark, A friend suggested this and it’s been enlightening to say the least. I do wish the co-dependence episodes spoke more toward men and our issues surrounding it. It’s not just women who have insecurities based on our individual histories. Thanks for the great insights!

Besides the fact that I worship Lerner and what she has done for this world, I love how she asks if she can quote your eloquent statements. Another favourite part of this episode was that I could hear how nervous you were. Who wouldn’t, when speaking to Lerner. What an honour to be in her...Read full review »

Mark groves has been such a blessing in my life. He has spoken things my soul has felt, recognized and shoved down or hid in pain when being influenced that what I thought/felt/believed was “too much” or “impossible”. I’m thankful. Plain and simple. Mark is able to cut to the chase, uses his own experience + knowledge alongside a stellar line up of guests to do some DEEP dives. I listen to Mark Groves weekly. The way he speaks with such awareness helps me be able to do the same. He and the guests he has on the show really get to the root of WHY humans say and do all the things. The different patterns we’ve created and what unhealed event they may have stemmed from. This podcast is so much more than I was expecting, heading in. The “care” and “compassion” are clear and fricken contagious - in ALL areas. Convinced that if all humans listened to this piece of heart work, the world would be a MUCH better place. Well done, Mark & team. You’re crushing it.

Mark is so real in how he shows up and so insightful. His guests are at times mind blowing. I find myself constantly having to rewind 30 seconds so I can make sure that I really heard what I thought I heard. The podcast with Dr. Caroline Leaf is one that everyone needs to hear!

Typically love this podcast but not the last episode. Racial issues should not be politicized and Dr. Soloman brought up Trump twice. Not all Trump supporters are racist.
