Under her leadership, DoorDash has won two Cannes Grand Prix and earned top rankings like #2 in-house agency by The One Club and a spot among the top 50 hottest brands. Mariota is a sought-after speaker and judge at major industry events, including Cannes and The One Show. Previously, she led award-winning campaigns for brands like Adidas, Google, and Gatorade at top global agencies. Her leadership is shaped by the South African philosophy of uBUNTU, creating a culture of collaboration and creativity within her teams.
