Vegan Chana (Chickpea) Masala

This is a Punjabi Family recipe for a healthy Chana Masala Curry
Ingredients:
~1 Cup Chickpeas( soaked overnight)
~ 2 medium tomatoes pureed
~ 2 tablespoons olive oil
~ 1 large onion chopped
~ 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste (or 1/2 tablespoon crushed garlic and 1/2 Tablespoon of crushed ginger)
~ 2 - 3 cups water
~ 2 teaspoon ground Coriander
~ 2 teaspoon ground Cumin
~ 2 teaspoon salt
~ 1 teaspoon chili
~ 2 teaspoon turmeric
~ 2 Black cardamom pods
~ 1 large bayleaf
~ 1 tablespoon cumin
