Favorite Podcast!
I love the Master Your Health Podcast! Amanda and Chris are so energetic and fun, and they share the most informative and interesting tips and facts about the different aspects of health. I learn a million new things every single time I tune in! My favorite time to listen to their podcast is while walking/running on the treadmill. I love the duo of exercising and learning at the same time. I would definitely recommend this podcast!

Love your podcast so far. Episode 4 with Dr. Tyler was great. So much information was delivered regarding health and nutrition topics that always come up. I found it very useful and applicable. Thank you all so much for much for taking the time to break some of this stuff down for your followers.
