Finally! A non-biased approach to health and well being
I’ve followed Amanda and her watermelon-eating boyfriend (now husband!) on Instagram for the past couple years. I always enjoyed her perspective on health and fitness, but was really drawn to her fun-loving personality (those dance moves tho!). I’m really loving the non-biased or judgmental elements so far, and the focus on bio individuality. Great guests and topics! Can’t wait to listen to more!

Love this podcast! Amanda and Chris do such a great job presenting balanced, well researched health and fitness advice. Their guests are great too.
