Favorite New Health Podcast!
Amanda and Chris have a great approach to health as a whole, they do their research and share their knowledge in a way that is practical and easy to follow. I also love how they focus on giving intuitive, progressive advice while also being conscious that everyone is different and there is no one size fits all approach. On top of that, they present a great picture of what a healthy adult relationship looks like. I’m loving the podcast so far, keep it up!
