“I listened to the episode "What is Minimalism?" and I really enoyed at the end of the episode there was a real nice exercise about going from how you are feeling right now and how to get to how you want to feel. This focus on what you are feeling was extremely beneficial for me, because my previous focus was all the external things that are not going the way I would like to.
