A must-listen
I've been listening to the Media Indigena podcasts for a few weeks now. With a couple of minor exceptions each episode has been really outstanding, providing excellent short overviews of vital social issues. Harp gets guests who are both knowledgeable and articulate, able to unravel the complexities of an issue in ways that are vivid, engaging, and informative. And he asks just the right questions that lead us deeper into the heart of things, showing us both the broad structural issues and the personal lived experiences. The show is centered on Indigenous peoples in Canada, but the stories it tells also have broader implications for how we understand class, race, and culture in North America today. Highly recommended!Read full review »

I absolutely love this podcast. As a non-indigenous black US citizen I find the topics and discussions very important in raising my consciousness around indigenous issues. Thank you so much!
