“I was never really into meditation, but since I became pregnant, I’ve found it is a useful tool to deal with all the crazy changes in my body.
I listened to Kelly’s Mindful in Minutes podcast during my “lockdown” pregnancy to deal with insomnia, practice relaxation techniques for hypnobirthing, and manage anxiety and breath issues. I hadn’t found great prenatal meditation podcasts (which is why I was using Mindful in Minutes instead) but I’m so glad that Kelly launched this - she’s got a very relaxing voice and style. I had thought about reaching out this year and requesting a prenatal specific episode, so imagine my surprise when the latest Mindful in Minutes episode revealed this podcast was launching! Even though I’m late in my pregnancy now, I’m going to begin listening to this regularly! Egh dealing with even more insomnia, breathlessness, and anxiety as the due date nears...
