“I am currently in my second trimester and I listen to one of the Meditation Mama’s guided meditations every night before I go to sleep. It helps me calm my mind and body, connect with my baby-the beautiful life form growing inside of my, and express gratitude for my body and all of the amazing things it is capable of doing to bring a child into to the world.
