Space in the Craziness
Pregnant with a toddler is always an interesting experience, but I wanted to thank Kelly for creating this accessible resource to find some peace and gratitude in the midst of the madness. I was feeling bad that juggling work and a first born I wasn’t leaving enough time to appreciate this new little one growing inside me, but this podcast helps create a little of that space. I wasn’t really into meditation before pregnancies and lockdown, but now I use it to help me through work, self doubt, stress, parenting and general life. I feel closer to my heart, body and soul because of it, and more connected to what matters. Thank you.

This podcast has really helped calm me down with my anxieties. I’m a ftm. with covid things were getting crazy and I had little to no support.
