Incredible resource for healing and stress-reduction!
These meditation minis are the perfect tool for reducing stress and self-healing. I’ve been on a healing journey for the past few years, changing my diet, working on my mindset, etc. but I felt the need to work more on reducing stress and anxiety. I tried regular meditation but it didn’t seem like something I could get myself to do on a daily basis. However, these Meditation Minis are just PERFECT! Chel Hamilton narrates with a calm, smooth voice, and the visualizations she offers are like taking a little trip into my mind. Very easy, fun, and relaxing! These meditations are now part of my morning and evening routines!

Great Stuff! Well done. Provides relaxation and focus in a very little amount of time. Some days when I need a little more, I can listen to multiple meditations. Other days, a 6 or 7 minute time out to let me be with myself is all I need.
