“It’s super hard to meditate and focus when you’re bombarded by so many ads. I was listening trying to release angry feelings and ads for Napoleon are playing. So it’s laced with ads from things that are counter to what you are trying to do.

“I really enjoy this podcast but if I could make a suggestion for Dr. Tim Clinton, his cadence seems a bit off sometimes, as if he’s seeing the script for the first time as he’s reading it, and it can be a little awkward when trying to meditate, and also I’ve noticed he sometimes skips words....”Read full review »
