Enlightening and reassuring
I was diagnosed as being autistic earlier this year (aged 44). I love listening to these thorough, concise episodes which cover so many different aspects of autism. They are informative and incredibly comforting. I find myself listening and thinking, “Yes - that’s me!” or “How interesting - I hadn’t thought of it like that, but that makes so much sense!” Then there are certain topics which don’t ring true for me, but those episodes are also helpful as it they explain alternative ways in which autism can manifest itself. I find other podcasts about autism tend to be too lengthy, sometimes going off topic - whereas this one is always spot on.
