Funnier that it should be
I really like this podcast and given the title and tone of the content, you would think that this show would be pretty dark. However, Paul and his guests have a way of presenting this very difficult topic easy to listen to and more enjoyable than I thought it would be. It's very cathartic to know that everyone has difficulty with things in their lives and that we all deal with them in different ways.Read full review »

I thought this show might have been a downer about people battling depression and anxiety, but gave it a try, as I'm a fan of Paul Gilmartin (and especially of his satirical character Richard Martin).
