So down-to-earth
What is great about this pod cast is that all the problems they talk about can relate to all of us. Sometimes it is so hard to open up and face your reality but Paul makes us feel okay to be not perfect, weak and incomplete. Thank you and I will await next episode patiently!

I thought this show might have been a downer about people battling depression and anxiety, but gave it a try, as I'm a fan of Paul Gilmartin (and especially of his satirical character Richard Martin). This show is such a breath of fresh air. Paul and his guests are so Real about their lives and find humor in things "normal" people would find horror in.
