This podcast is a lifesaver.
I gave this show a shot because I like to listen to comedians talk about serious things, but I didn't anticipate the impact it would have on me. I've suffered from depression and anxiety for about as long as I can remember, and had pretty well convinced myself that I would always feel this way. But listening to so many successful, talented people talk about what they've been through has made me realize that the things I thought were character flaws are really just symptoms, and that there's a way out from under them. If you're feeling alone and hopeless, or if someone in your life is suffering and you don't understand why, this is a show for you.Read full review »
