“I just discovered this podcast and have already listened to almost all of them. It's basically a comedian who has experienced depression and anxiety who talks about it and interviews other comedians who also have dealt with some kind of mental distress or illness. It is very funny but not insensitive or mocking towards those who suffer. The way they talk about mental illness is refreshing and frank. To hear people talk about it so casually and openly makes it feel like there is less stigma surrounding it and it is so comforting to hear that someone else has felt the same way that I have. There aren't many places where anyone is this open about such a common thing and whether you yourself are dealing with a mental illness or you know someone who is/has then this will make a huge difference in your outlook on yourself or the sufferer. Great podcast!”Read full review »

“I thoroughly enjoy this podcast. Host Paul Gilmartin has sincere conversations with guests without getting bogged down in the pathos, instead finding humour and perspective on it all.”

“I struggle with depression and anxiety and this podcast has made me feel a little less nuts. Adam Carolla's advice at the end of his podcast was inspiring. The podcast is funny and provocative. This is amazing. Thank you!”Read full review »
