One of the best
This has quickly become one of my favorite podcasts. Paul is a fantastic interviewer, who really gets to the core of people's experiences with depression and other mental illnesses. The discussions are deep and meaningful, while also being hugely entertaining. I can't recommend it enough, but not for kids.Read full review »

Thank you for this podcast. No matter how much therapy I get I always feel alone. Not anymore!! I can laugh at it all because I can relate my mental with these podcast and laugh.
