“I can’t tell you how much your podcast is helping save my head and heart. A few episodes I’ve listen to have very much so resonated with me on such a personal level. I felt like someone has been following me around and just documenting my notes of my life feeding them to you. Full disclosure, I was let go from my job in September, and, as a result of it have lost a very good friend, and who has also been the cause of tarnishing my reputation in my industry, I was previously working in. Currently, I am about to start two new part-time jobs in a different industry, but still in my current role that I’ve been in for the last 14 years as a customer service representative, why should say customer service enthusiast lol because that is just what I am. But it has not been easy. I battle with major depressive disorder, as well as anxiety and insomnia, so this current change, my life has taken a hard toll on my mental health, but your podcast has really been helping me just understand what my steps are that I need to take and your advice has been life-changing for me. So thank you, Amy I will be continuing to listen to your podcast, I am actually starting from the very beginning right now, and going to listen to all of them in order. And just thank you.”
