Facts Based and What Makes Sense
It’s hard to find podcasts that aren’t full of fluff and give you the wrong information just because it sounds good and can make you feel good. Usually when I google for self-help books or material to help me better myself and incorporate strategies that will work, I usually look for something that is backed by science. I like to know that it has been researched and in some ways proven. Of course science isn’t the end all; but having clear research is important to make the right decisions when it comes to, well; making the right decision. I listened to a podcast on visualization and not only what Amy discussed was fact based but it also made sense. And that is another plus about this podcast. Although Amy has her credentials and experience, she puts it in a way that her audience can understand, and follow strategies and steps. Thanks Amy JB
