“I have so much good stuff to say & so excited to blurt it all out, go cray & manic about how I cannot wait! I idolize these talented, smart, funny, successful colleagues of mine. I call them my colleagues bc they are. They get me. We’ve never met, but they get me, bc they get it. I get them, too. I may not be half as hot or aesthetically pleasing on a stage or podcast as they are, & I may walk like a quadriplegic penguin nowadays, but if it led me to them… to become colleagues in this corporation in which we work so tirelessly called MS… if it allows a MeSSY group of perfect strangers to take comfort in each other, learn from each other, trade ideas & stories, share tips & advice, even if only channeled via this podcast… if this podcast creates a bond or sense of normalcy or humanization when needed… or helps us to find our voices, our strength & our motivation through this connection, or helps us build confidence through communication & our empathy & understanding… If this podcast does this… & from the teasers I’ve heard, it definitely does… than this is finally the answer to my unanswered question I’ve asked on the daily since January of 2010… Why me? Why MS? Thank you in advance, friends! Sorry, I digress… My review… a tad premature, but I’m willing to update consistently: BEST. Podcast. Ever! 5-stars for entertaining for not only patients, but fabulous fun for handi-capable listeners, as well! Smart, intelligent, honest, relatable, not too sad, not too serious, not too sarcastic, not all about MS! Thought-provoking & open-ended in a judgement-free platform. It’s about time. I’m trying to hold it together till it officially commences in a few days, but I’m clearly struggling! Well done, ladies… & thank you!! Xoxo, Kori”
