I’ve had MS for 20 years and listening to Christina talk about her feet and movement and balance and pain made me cry. I finally felt seen in a way that’s not possible if you don’t deal with a progressive, unpredictable disease. Thank you both so much for doing this.

Thank you for your honestly about your realities and insights into this painful condition. It not only helps open up the discussion for MS but for other medical conditions that often remain in silent and misunderstood… Thank you 🫶

Thank you for this podcast. I have a chronic illness and have never heard my thoughts said out loud! I love that Christina and Jamie are so real and open with their feelings. I have felt the same way so many times and Jamie reminds us that every feeling is okay. So much love!

Jamie and Christina are so real and honest. They don’t sugar coat the reality of living with a disability. It isn’t like they wallow in it or have a party either; rather have a raw discussion of how life can be, the good, the bad, and the ugly. They also take note of the positives in life as...Read full review »

I love this podcast! It makes me feel I’m apart of something bigger. I’m struggling after chemotherapy and feel lost in how to heal. Being able to listen and laugh helps me mentally. I can relate to the moments of pain these ladies go through. “And so it is”
