Description
Sometimes in a summer storm, the rain and wind take over in a matter of seconds. Knowing the storm cannot harm you if you know that it will simply pass you by. And just like the feelings about the storm, being aware that you are feeling stressed and anxious and getting curious about the feelings, takes power away from getting sucked in deeper. With the storm, we know that it will pass. The same is true with our feelings.
Follow me on this #meditation journey through a storm so that you can find #clarity, calm #fear, loosen the hold of #stress and #anxiety.
