Description
Feeling not good enough about yourself may come from childhood wounds where we learn patterns and perspectives from our upbringing. The first part of my mindful practice is recognizing that your thoughts and beliefs are only thoughts. Even though they may be based on life experiences, you can choose and change the perspective of them anytime. These self-doubts hold a lot less weight when you realize that they are just thoughts in your mind. The second part of my mindful practice is recognizing that self-love is the key to feeling that you are enough.
