Truly inspirational podcast!
Hey mighty blue love the podcast! My friend told me about the Appalachian trail about 4 months ago and I have been obsessed ever sense. I then found your podcast and have finally caught up to your current episode. I wanted to do the AT Sense she told me though I had my doubts that I will be able to do so. I am an over weight 22 year old with bad knees from playing basketball from middle school on, and two degenerating Discs in my back with constant pain. Sense I have started listening to this I have had no doubt I can do this trail and complete it. Just a little go I have torn my meniscus and am about to get surgery I was planing on doing a thru hike 2018 but now I will have to push it back till 2019 so I am fully recovered and I have not lost hope that I can still complete the AT and it is all thanks to you mighty blue, thank you.
