Loving vicariously through you!
My son thru-hiked in 2016 (Tarzan- stay stoked!) and is on the trail again this year for a 40 day "vacation" so I love reading or listening to everything AT. I am thoroughly enjoying this podcast and look forward to each episode. I am happy for you, Steve, that you can still be involved with the trail in this way and wish you all the best on your hikes this summer. Thanks for bringing us (the listeners) along and making us feel part of the family too. :-)Read full review »

I just listen to the Max Mishkin episode. I learned a lot about his ultralight approach to backpacking. I enjoyed his insights as well as yours concerning hiking the Appalachian Trail. Well done!
