Some of us (me) ignore the need for medical knowledge on the AT. The addition of sensible medical advice to this podcast is invaluable. Thank you Mighty Blue for this much overlooked topic.

It is refreshing to hear a podcast where folks are just regular people, and not portrayed as super hikers. I am one of the older 60 plus crowd and have had thoughts of hiking the AT for decades now. I discovered this podcast after reading Steve's first book. What a treat! I listen while I train for our AT section hikes. Steve is a natural and does something rarely heard from interviewers with much more experience. He let's his guests speak! Very entertaining!Read full review »
