In this episode, I highlight the impact that dedicating 10 minutes a day to a specific task can have. I shared my own goal of writing a book based on the incredible information I’ve learned from interviewing my guests over the last 5 years and how committing 10 minutes each day will make a significant dent in that over the span of a year.
