Respectful Coverage
The unique thing about this podcast compared to the awful Netflix series is that it features the real voices of those close to the story and examines the racial, class, and sexuality aspects in ways that actually mean something. As an LGBTQ man I am tired of these stories sensationalized. This podcast looks past that and elevates the voices of the black women and men who loved the victims and survivors, and the survivors themselves. Thorough research and respectfully told.

Terrible events horrible in nature yet still fascinating.

Fantastic podcast. I have heard dozens of interviews/documentaries on these subjects but they have some that I have never heard. They have definitely done a lot of digging to get to these sources and their views from those times. Great podcast!

…..it is SOOOO annoying that you can tell the “questions” posed to guests were added later. So obvious and annoying.
