I am hoping to start KAY training soon so I have started listening to the podcast first. I have only just listened to the second one and just have to say Kelly your story is amazing. I am no where near as amazing as you but your story makes me want to follow in your footsteps with KAY one day

I really enjoy these episodes. The girls are so easy to listen to and they are just straight to the point. The topics they cover are things that we all face in our daily life so they are extremely helpful for anyone who wants to pick up a few tips. I certainly will be back for more. Thanks KAY ❤️

Thanks for the reminder that learning can look and sound different for everyone. I’ve had a similar experience of content/grade-level teachers thinking our yoga time was too loud or even too playful and feel better knowing it’s a common experience for kids yoga teachers!

Enjoyed this podcast. Yes, how often from our kids say “I’m bored”. Kids need to be okay with finding their own space. And as parents (especially when there are multiple children), we need to find time to give them of ourselves. Not material things. Real, one-on -one authentic personal time....Read full review »

I love the story about the top hat and gum and finding kid’s own identities. My daughter looks to me for an opinion and I try to instill in her that her own opinion matters and she can be whoever she wants. This episode had some great ideas for conversation starters. Thanks for the great listen!!
