Ditch the smart phone in 3 steps.
The reality of switching from a smart phone to a dumb phone (in this case the light phone 2) can be difficult if you don't have the right expectations.
In this episode I discuss the realistic expectations in my opinion one might need to drop the smart phone permanently.
UPDATE: INSTALLED A LIGHT PHONE 2 FIRMWARE UPDATE YESTERDAY WHICH SEEMS TO HAVE IMPROVED THE SCREEN REFRESH ISSUE DRAMATICALLY.
