Imagine letting an opinion affect your day
Now imagine you sit down to listen to one of the world’s leading biblical scholars discuss topics on a podcast and he refers to your denomination, which we will say totals less than 70 million, as a small minority because there are let’s say nearly 2.5 BILLION Christians. Now imagine you give an amazing lecturer a single star rating because he hypothetically said .06 is a small minority of the hypothetical 2.50 total. If you’re looking for an atheist biblical scholar to make you feel better about your religious views, particularly if you’re a religious fanatic, Dr Ehrman ain’t your man. If you’re interested in the historicity within the biblical text, you won’t be disappointed. I wish I lived in Chapel Hill, because I would kill myself in a game to attend Dr Ehrman’s class.

I have just finished listening to the latest podcast on tenure. The U.S. seems to be headed down a very dangerous path and it appears some right wing politicians see education as the enemy.
