“I stumbled upon Ehrman’s work doing an internet search for “Are the Gospels true?” This podcast does a wonderful job of presenting what we know about the Bible-especially the New Testament-in a scholarly and secular manner. I am an agnostic and another thing I like is that though Ehrman is an agnostic as well he isn’t disrespectful of Believers. Unfortunately I’ve run across some atheist/agnostics that are as close-minded as religious fundamentalists. Doctor Ehrman isn’t that way at all.
I’ve used this podcast to increase my understanding of the most important literature in Western civilization.”
